WE HAVE MOVED

Dear Valued Clients,

As some of you may or may not be aware, the building we previously operated out of has been sold and is set to be demolished in February 2025.  We looked for many months to find a suitable new location that has easy access and parking availability.  Therefore, we made the decision to move to 866 The Queensway unit 101.  This is approximately a 10 min drive from our old location, between Islington and Royal York on the north side.  Parking availability: two marked reserved parking spaces for our clinic at the front of the building (first two on the left hand).  In addition, non-reserved spots in the front of the building (entrance on The Queensway), in the back (entrance from Loma Street) and $1.25/hr street parking. Conveniently located across from Baskin-Robbins, Tim Horton’s with Starbucks and Costco just down the road. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you soon.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you,

The Palmer Massage Team

is a hands-on approach that can alleviate pain and discomfort associated with various injuries such as occupational stress, overuse conditions and, chronic pain syndromes whether caused by sports or the activities of daily living.

Stress can affect all aspects of our lives including health, attitude, outlook and even work. With a deep therapeutic massage treatment, a relaxation state can be achieved. This can help to counteract the damaging effects of stress. Relaxation should not be seen as a luxury but as a necessity to a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

The Reflexology Association of Canada defines Reflexology as “A Natural healing art, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part of the body”. By stimulating and applying pressure to the feet or hands, you are increasing circulation and promoting a healthy body and muscular functions.

Along with physical conditions, studies in foot reflexology have also shown emotional improvements, increased self-esteem and confidence, an ability to stay motivated and an improvement in concentration.
